Merrill Lynch in London and New York.

Martin is a Trustee of CDP (formally Carbon Disclosure Project) and Chairman of CDP North America. He is also Vice Chairman & Treasurer of Family Promise, a non-profit organization mobilizing 160,000 volunteers in 42 states across the U.S. to help low income families achieve lasting independence by providing safe shelter, meals and support services to homeless families.
Martin is a Director of the American Friends of London Business School, he serves on the Corporate Advisory Council of JUST Capital, and is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (UK).
Martin earned a MBA (with distinction) from London Business School and a B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Southampton.
